Tariff for 2012 per room per night on bed and breakfast basis
Double / Twin Room £70.00 per night
Single Room £60.00 per night
Advance Bookings:
Please note that for weekend advance bookings a minimum booking of 2 nights is usually required, however we do occasionally have a 1 night slot to fill and last minute bookings may be available for single nights.
During the Dorset Steam Fair period a minimum of 3 nights is required and single occupancy will be charged as per a double room. Bookings will be charged in full for the entire period booked unless cancelled 30days prior to booked arrival date.
We generally do not accept guests with pets; however it is possible that we can accept dogs by prior arrangement.
We have a family room, in a seperate annex, that is available on occasion but we regret that we normally don't accept children under 10 years of age.

Once your booking has been accepted it will be necessary to give current credit/debit card details either by phone / or by entering the Secure Payment Area at the bottom of this page.
When confirming a reservation please give an estimated time of arrival and update us en route if there is any major change to your arrival time. Check in time is normally between 2.00 and 7.00 pm unless otherwise agreed.
Once a booking is confirmed a £25.00 non-refundable deposit is required per room
Cancellations
To cancel a confirmed reservation we require a MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE or your credit/debit card will be debited for the full cost of your booking.
SECURE PAYMENT AREA
We accept payment in UK Sterling cash, by bank transfer or by personal cheque drawn on a UK bank guaranteed by a bank card.
