¹ For a one night booking of a double room at weekends there is a £5.00 surcharge.
² For a one night booking during weekdays, or any booking at weekends there is a £5.00 surcharge per night.

Advance Bookings:
Please note that for advance bookings at weekends a minimum booking of 2 nights is usually required, however we do occasionally have a one night slot to fill. Last minute bookings may be accommodated for single nights.

To make an enquiry please complete the booking form. Once your booking has been accepted it will be necessary to give current credit/debit card details either by phone or by entering the Secure Payment Area on this page. In return we will confirm your booking either verbally on the phone or by return email. To cancel a confirmed reservation we require a MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTICE or your credit/debit card will be debited for the cost of your booking unless we are able to relet the room for that period.

During the Dorset Steam Fair period a minimum of 3 nights is required and single occupancy will be charged at double rates. Bookings for the Steam Fair will be charged in full for the entire period booked unless cancelled 30 days prior to intended arrival date.

As we have a cat in the house we generally do not accept guests with pets; however it is possible that we can accept small dogs by prior arrangement. We regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 10 years and we do not have any "Family Rooms".

When confirming a reservation please give a reasonably accurate estimated time of arrival and update us en route if there is any major change in this arrival time. Check in time is normally between noon and 10.00 pm unless otherwise agreed.


SECURE PAYMENT AREA

We accept payment in UK Sterling cash, personal cheque drawn on a UK bank guaranteed by a bank card or by the following credit or debit cards. All payments by credit/debit card will be subject to a £3.00 handling fee. Once a booking is confirmed a £25.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged for each room booked.
